By accessing and using SermonAmplifier, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain full 100% ownership and copyright of all sermons you upload, and all books, devotionals, and materials generated by the platform based on your content. We claim no ownership over your generated works.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to only upload audio or text for which you hold the copyright or have explicit permission to use. Uploading copyrighted material belonging to others is strictly prohibited.

4. Billing & Credits

SermonAmplifier operates on a Pay-As-You-Go credit system. Credits purchased are non-refundable once they have been consumed by the AI generation engines.
